A. Fees. Certain features within the Service, including the Coaching Sessions, may require you to pay fees, including one-time fees or fees on a subscription basis, and may provide you the option to activate recurring automatic payments for recurring fees. Before you pay any fees, including before activating or updating any recurring payments, you will have an opportunity to review the fees that you will be charged. If you activate or update recurring payments through the Service, you authorize WalletMD and its third-party service providers to periodically charge, until cancellation, all accrued fees.
B. Membership Plans. Unless otherwise specified, all membership plans are month-to-month. You will be charged monthly in advance for your membership plan. If you cancel or change your membership plan, the cancellation or change may not take effect for 30 days. You may cancel your membership plan by contacting the WalletMD financial coach from whom you receive Coaching Sessions directly via email or phone.
C. Authorization. You authorize WalletMD to charge all fees for the membership plan you select. If you pay any fees with a credit card, WalletMD may seek pre-authorization of your credit card account prior to your purchase to verify that the credit card is valid and has the necessary funds or credit available to cover your purchase.
D. Payment Processing. Payment processing services for WalletMD may be provided by our third-party payment processors.

This Privacy Notice for California Consumers (“Notice”), provided by WalletMD, LLC (“WalletMD,” “Company,” “we,” or “our”), supplements, and is expressly made part of, the information contained in WalletMD’s Online Privacy Policy and applies solely to those who are consumers (“you” or “your”) as defined in Section 1798.140(g) of the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”). WalletMD collects information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer, household, or device (“personal information”). As a consumer, you have certain rights regarding your personal information as defined in the CCPA. This Notice provides you with information on how WalletMD collects, uses, and shares personal information. It also outlines the rights you have regarding personal information that we collect from you and describes how you can exercise those rights.
As a company that conducts activities that are financial in nature, WalletMD is a “financial institution” as that term is defined in the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (“GLBA”). While the CCPA does not exempt financial institutions, and thus, WalletMD, from its requirements, Section 1798.145(e) of the CCPA does exempt personal information collected by a financial institution pursuant to the GLBA. Accordingly, much, if not all, of the data consumers provide to WalletMD, or that we collect from consumers, will fall within the GLBA exemption to the CCPA’s definition of personal information and thus outside the scope of the CCPA.
WalletMD recognizes the eleven (11) broad categories of personal information referenced in the CCPA that a business may collect about a consumer. Personal information does not include publicly available information from government records, de-identified or aggregated consumer information, or information otherwise excluded from the CCPA’s scope, such as information collected pursuant to the GLBA.
